I still don't think it looks like Barrowman, but I'm concerned at who other than Jack would still be alive while looking like that. Hmmm.

Yes, yes, yes, all those Jacks are very nice, but I honestly don't see why he can't do all those things AND be naked at the same time. *sighs* Stupid BBC. Stupid rules and regulations. Stupid innocent children who can't have their brains corrupted by Barrowman's cock.

True. If 10.5 can be naked to the waist on actual Doctor Who, you'd think Torchwood wouldn't be scared of going just a little further. Honestly, it's just not a consistent policy.
