A new addition

As of yesterday, I now own a ukulele.
I am very very pleased with it. It is a Mahalo 2011 soprano ukulele in black, very good value from teh internetz. Its name is Moriarty.
Like me, it is tiny and shiny and lovely, and slightly trickier to play than you might suspect, but very good really when you give it some attention.
I haven't spent much time practising chords yet because it didn't come with a pick, so I'm gonna get a whole load in town on Monday, but I remember about 7 from Play house. Instead, I have spent a lot of time learning to play such popular tunes as Ode to Joy, Greensleeves and the Harry Potter theme tune. Also, a bit of Black Sabbath's Iron Man and MGMT's Kids, just because.
