New Year's Resolutions

The theme is commitment. How long do you think I can commit to it, hmmm?
 

New Year's Resolutions:

1. Homework. Coursework. Revision. Do it. Do it well. Do it properly. Do it in Study Periods for God's sake. Stop talking in the green room and actually work there.
2. Activities!! DO MORE. Go for it, sign up for it, commit to it. Busy is better. GO ICE SKATING. 
3. Write. Write that bloody play, write that bloody novel, write some poetry, write some fic, it doesn't have to be good, it just has to BE.
4. People. Be nicer, and more reliable, and to more people. Cliques are for losers. So is being a loser.
5. Hair and makeup. Clothes and SHOES. You know what I'm talking about.

1. Don't say that, don't say that, I'm trying damnnit, honestly, I want to be a better person, really... Mestophilis is corrupting me...

2. Busy is better. This is my mantra. Don't try to talk me out of it. Busy is better.

3. Ah, but usually I'm way too exhausted from all the things being busy involves plus occassionally I work, and I used to do a lot of writing, or at least thinking about writing, during boring French lessons, which aren't there any more. I have to actually concentrate in all my lessons. I'm still not quite used to it.

4. I hope so. Then I could be more busy, have more friends and hate myself less, all of which are nice.

5. Er, that means I have to sort myself out, style and shopping wise. In particular I need to think about/find out what I need and then save up and then buy it. Rather than buy stuff that I don't need or isn't that nice just because I feel I should be shopping. And if I buy less things I don't really need then I can feel ok about buying more expensive and better quality things. In particular, shoes, which I have noticed I keep nearly buying just because I'm a bit sad and haven't bought any for a while. Which is NOT good and just means that I have lots of shoes that I hate/don't fit me/are rubbish, and this makes me more sad, so I waste more money. So I'm gonna try to be a better shopper. Once the sales are over :P
