Oh god...

She's only gone and given us the title for the last book. I'm so excited, and yet I'm also totally terrified. She'll probably release on 7/7/7 like we have all expected her to. God. Its coming to an end, its all coming to an end...

"Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows"

Oh god.

Scrap that- I'm so terrified I keep forgetting to feel excited.

It wouldn't be nearly so bad if I wasn't totally convinced that, one way or another, Harry is going to die.

Oh god.

I hope she does release it on 7/7/7, because that would mean it's coming out sooner than I'd hoped.

Though, I'm scared what will be in the final book too. God, I hope she doesn't kill Harry! It's been my biggest worry since book five. I can't imagine Harry being killed off. And I'm ignoring any logical reason why Rowling would.

I suppose all we can do is hope.

I think she'll definitely release it this summer- Half Blood Prince followed the same pattern, and I think that as soon as it is finished and finalised she'll want to get it out asap, get it over with. Like pulling off a plaster or something else that hurts but is necessary- get it done quickly so it doesn't sit around.

I'm pretty certain that Harry is going to die. Before the sixth book came out I had this whole "well, she might kill him" attitude, but I didn't really believe it. But now I can't even feel hopeful, and that depresses me even more than the thought of lovely Harry dying... *sob* Anyway, if you could stay hopeful for me as well as for you, I'd appreciate it... :P

I'm just worried it will be held up waiting for some meaningful date, or a date where it will be a more popular item. Though I'm not sure the latter is even possible with Rowling's books.

I have mixed feelings about whether he will die. I hope not, of course, and there are reasons to not kill him off. Sadly, it could just as easily be said there are reasons to kill him off. Still, I hope! :D I can most definitely stay hopeful for the both of us. *hopes*

There is one instance -- and I can barely say this! -- where I would not be completely horrified at Harry's death. It would be if Voldemort lived. I think there must be some small sadistic streak in me. (But if that happened, couldn't we make Voldemort somehow bring back Harry? ...maybe? :D )
