Quick question: What does one call the child of a cousin? 2nd cousin? 1st cousin once removed? *is very confused about these things*

He's my (first) cousin once removed. Confusingly, since he has a brother already, technically he is the second first-cousin-once-removed I have, but not the first second-cousin-once-removed.

Second cousin is the relationship between the children of first cousins. So he would be the second cousin of my currently hypothetical children.
