I'm going to add my voice to the love for the 'dark stars' here - I really like the fact that they're almost a separate entity, and it definitely makes me want to know more about magic in this work in general and how it manifests itself. In fact, that's pretty much the gist of my reaction as a whole: 'I like it very much, more please?'
